The Business Intelligence and Data services (BIDS) is part of the College of Medicine, Tucson, Information Technology Services (ITS), which provides secure, reliable, strategic IT solutions and collaborative innovation in consistent with the College's current and future strategic plans to faculty, students, and staff in the College of Medicine-Tucson.
We provide support for capturing, storing, and analyzing data through standard processes or tailored solutions. Some of the services include custom process and application development, database administration, data processing, data storage, business intelligence through standard and customized reports and dashboards, Analytics, Grouper, and Qualtrics with customization.
