| The 2023 Year End COM ITS Customer Satisfaction Survey, disseminated to faculty, staff, and students at COM-T, UAHS units and centers and the Cancer Center, garnered 60 responses. It revealed a highly positive perception of IT support services, with an overall satisfaction rating of 4.75/5. Customers felt valued and respected, highlighting the staff's technical competence. While most issues were satisfactorily resolved, suggestions for improved responsiveness and communication were noted. We extend our gratitude to all participants for their invaluable feedback and continuous cooperation throughout 2023, and we're committed to further enhancing our services based on these insights.
